class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Flow kommt aus der englischen Sprache und bedeutet <strong>&#8222;flie\u00dfen&#8220; oder &#8222;str\u00f6men&#8220;<\/strong>. Es beschreibt damit direkt seine Eigenschaften, etwas flie\u00dft, geht leicht von der Hand, es str\u00f6mt quasi ohne unser Zutun in die Welt. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"die-qualitaet-eines-zustands-im-flow\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die_Qualitaet_eines_Zustands_im_Flow\"><\/span>Die Qualit\u00e4t eines Zustands im Flow<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Damit ist ein <strong>Geisteszustand der vollkommenen Versenkung<\/strong> gemeint. Dabei steht eine T\u00e4tigkeit so sehr im Zentrum der Aufmerksamkeit, dass derjenige, der sie ausf\u00fchrt, die Au\u00dfenwelt nicht mehr oder kaum noch wahrnimmt. Die Sinne nach au\u00dfen sind also gekappt. Dabei sind die Sinne jedoch mit vielfacher Kraft nach innen gekehrt. Daher reagieren Menschen, die im Flow sind, h\u00e4ufig nicht oder verp\u00e4tet auf Ansprache, sie wirken abwesend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem Flow geht auch der sogenannte <strong>Tunnelblick <\/strong>einher und eine <strong>verminderte Aufmerksamkeit der Au\u00dfenwelt <\/strong>gegen\u00fcber bei <strong>gleichzeitig extrem konzentrierten Fokus<\/strong> auf ein Gegenstand oder eine T\u00e4tigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Ein Kleinkind schaut konzentriert ein Buch an.\" class=\"wp-image-14607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.spielundlern.de\/wissen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/i410hlr-from-Pixabay.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Flow-Theorie entwickelte der an der Universit\u00e4t von Chicago lehrende ungarische Psychologe <strong>Mih\u00e1ly Cs\u00edkszentmih\u00e1lyi<\/strong>. Er beobachtete diesen besonderen Zustand bei Extremsportlern oder Chirurgen, demnach in Verbindung mit T\u00e4tigkeiten, die in einem abgesteckten Zeitrahmen im h\u00f6chsten Ma\u00dfe <strong>Pr\u00e4zision und Konzentration, sowohl mental als auch k\u00f6rperlich<\/strong>, verlangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Zustand im Flow wird als ein <strong>meditativer, kontemplativer, hochkonzentrierter Zustand<\/strong> angesehen, bei der die Sinne sich nicht nach au\u00dfen, sondern auf einen Gegenstand oder eine T\u00e4tigkeit hingerichtet b\u00fcndeln. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"spielen-als-urform-des-flows\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spielen_als_Urform_des_Flows\"><\/span>Spielen als Urform des Flows<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Noch bevor <strong>Cs\u00edkszentmih\u00e1lyi<\/strong> seine Theorie entwickelte, beobachtete der Spielforscher Hans <strong>Scheuer <\/strong>die Versunkenheit von Kindern w\u00e4hrend des Spiels. Er stellte eine Art gl\u00fcckliche Entr\u00fcckung fest. Seine Studien wurden durch Siegbert A. Warwitz in seiner Flow-Forschung eingebunden, der feststellte, dass das <strong>Urbild des Flows &#8222;das spielende Kind&#8220; sei<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bedingungen-fuer-das-flowgefuehl\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bedingungen_fuer_das_Flow-Gefuehl\"><\/span>Bedingungen f\u00fcr das Flow-Gef\u00fchl<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"loesungskompetenz\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Loesungskompetenz\"><\/span>L\u00f6sungskompetenz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Damit es zum Flow-Gef\u00fchl kommt, darf die Aufgabe nicht schwerer sein als die Kompetenzen des Beteiligten zu ihrer L\u00f6sung ben\u00f6tigen. Dies ist h\u00e4ufig keine Entscheidung, die der Verstand vorgibt. Vielmehr handelt es sich um ein inneres Abw\u00e4gen zwischen Interesse, F\u00e4higkeiten und  <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"taetigkeit-im-nahbereich\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Taetigkeit_im_Nahbereich\"><\/span>T\u00e4tigkeit im Nahbereich<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Die T\u00e4tigkeit muss klar definiert sein, die Aufgabe klar umrissen. Jeder &#8222;Sprung&#8220; von einer T\u00e4tigkeit zu einer anderen f\u00fchrt zum Bruch im Flow-Gef\u00fchl. Dies l\u00e4sst sich sehr gut bei Kindern beobachten: Das Bauen eines Turms aus bestimmten Kl\u00f6tzchen verlangt genau dieses Material und diese Aufgabe. <strong>Variationen lassen sich meist nicht einbinden<\/strong>, ohne dass die fokussierte Konzentration schwindet. Ein \u00dcbergang zu Noppensteinen und dem Bau eines Hauses beispielsweise gelingt Kindern nicht, ohne eine merkliche Unterbrechung des Flows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
